I think it would be great if I could start something with my friends here on DA that could possibly be spread through the whole site. It would take a lot of effort, but it would be awesome. If not, I'd at least like to have some friends participate. Hahaha.

Ok, i want to have a friend draw a character. Not me, cuz that spoils MY fun. Haha.
Just draw an original character. Then having each of their friends redraw it their own way and linking back to the original. Everyone that redraws a redrawn version would link to the drawing they got it from as well as linking to the original.

Personally, i think this would be an incredible thing to do. It's a great way we can show our different styles and personalities. We could even have people who just color or edit them, give them backgrounds or whatever.

Again, it would take a lot of effort collectively, but in the end, I think it would be an amazing thing to see. The important thing is to see the original and change it to your personal style. So the linking is necessary.

If anyone would like to volunteer to get it started, message me and I'll be sure to link to it everywhere i can. Linking to this blog even could help spread it.

If it ever gets past me ranting about, that would be great.

So....visit the page, check it out, and draw ur own version! When you upload it here, don't forget to link back to the original drawing. And if you found out about it from a redesigned drawing, not the original, linking to both would be great. ^_^

I will be starting mine soon. I have a couple art trades starting soon. w00t! So I'll be working on those as well. Not sure what I'm gonna start on first, so we'll see when i get mine uploaded, eh?
